Philly Police search for teenage boys reported missing

PHILADELPHIA, PA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are searching for two teenage boys reported missing.

The incident happened on Monday at approximately 8:52 a.m when Jahquill Brown-Watson,13 and Kiyair Smith,17, were last seen at DHS (Department of Human Services) located at 1515 Arch Street.

Smith and Watson were transported to DHS by their social worker. Once inside the building, the boys were informed that they were going to be placed in foster care, police say. Upon hearing the news of their placement, the boys fled from the building.

Jahquill is 5'5", 175lbs, with a stocky build, brown eyes, medium complexion, and a short black afro; he was last seen wearing a black long sleeve sweatshirt with "YMCMB" in white letters, army camouflage pants, and black boots.

Jahquill attends 9th grade at Carson Valley School located at 1419 Bethlehem Pike Flourtown, PA.

Kiyair is 5'8", 150lbs, with a thin build, brown eyes, light brown complexion, and black short cropped hair; he was last seen wearing a light blue plaid shirt, tie dye jeans, red hat, and black sneakers with pink laces. Kiyair attends 11th grade at Overbrook High School located at 5898 Lancaster Avenue.
