KENSINGTON - An 18-year-old has succumbed to his injuries after a shooting police say has "conflicting stories."
Officers found the teen when responding to the 3300 block of North Front Street around 8 p.m. He was shot at least six times in the back seat of a vehicle.
Police say he suffered two shots in the chest, two in the back, one in the arm and one in the head.
He was transported to a local hospital in extremely critical condition, but died a couple of hours later.
Police say they are still investigating what lead to the fatal shooting. Two other 18-year-olds were found in the front of the vehicle, one of which reportedly admitted to being a gunman.

"We have some information that the two 18-year-olds were driving their vehicle from another part of town to possibly purchase some sort of game advertised online by a third 18-year-old," said Chief Inspector DF Pace.
A shootout may have rung out inside the car when the teen seller possibly tried to rob the other teens, according to police.
"We're still trying to piece together what exactly occurred here and whether this was some sort of illegal transaction or legitimate robbery gone bad," Pace said.
