Police: 2 men killed in separate Philadelphia shootings

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia police say two men were killed in separate shootings.

Police say the first shooting happened in north Philadelphia Monday afternoon. Police say a 35-year-old man was shot six times. He was taken to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities say a 43-year-old man was shot multiple times in west Philadelphia Monday night. He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made. An investigation is ongoing.
