Police investigate carjacking and gunpoint robbery
PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) Police say they are investigating two crimes. According to investigators, it started when the two suspects carjacked a woman and shortly after they robbed a man at gunpoint a few blocks away.
Two suspects were caught on camera as they waited for a victim outside a United Gas Station. Police say the suspects spotted a 29-year-old woman get back in her minivan when they made their move.
According to police, the two unknown males flagged her down and approached her. The suspects, one who was armed with a handgun, entered her vehicle demanding her to drive away from the gas station, investigators say.

Moments later, police say the suspect robbed a 28-year-old man outside a pizza shop a few blocks away. Many are worried they will strike again.
Police describe the first suspect as a black male, light complexion, facial hair, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a design on the front, and blue jeans.
The second suspect is described as a black male, dark complected, facial hair, African accent, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, and light colored pants.
Investigators believe the suspects are from the neighborhood. Police are hoping someone can identify them because of their distinctive clothing.
