WILMINGTON, Del. (WTXF) - Police are investigating the death of a baby boy in Wilmington, Delaware.
Police say an 18-year old woman being treated at the hospital told officers she suffered a miscarriage at her home. When investigators arrived, they say cops found what appeared to be the lifeless body of a full-term baby boy.
The medical examiner will now determine the child's cause of death.
