PHILADELPHIA - A man has died after being shot in broad daylight at a gas station in North Philadelphia, according to police.
A 42-year-old man pulled up to the Speedway gas station on the 2900 block of North Broad Street just after 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Authorities say the man paid for gas, but before he could pump the gas into his custom-made motorcycle, he was shot and killed.
Police say the man, later identified as Kevin Mosley, was shot multiple times in the head in an execution-style shooting. He was found lying near the gas pumps.
