GLADWYNE, Pa. (FOX 29) - Police are stepping up patrols at Rolling Hill Park in Gladwyne after the case of 'The Bouquet Bandit'.
Lower Merion police say a man smashed the windows of at least two cars last Friday afternoon and stole purses and wallets with cash and credit cards.
According to police, he was seen minutes later leaving a Roxborough Acme after buying gift cards and an arm full of fresh cut flowers. Some wonder what's the story behind this.
Police think the man waited in the parking lot for dog walkers to leave their cars before busting in. The man was driving this gray or silver SUV, possibly a Hyundai Tuscon.
