Man shot several times and killed in Port Richmond
Police are investigating a man's death after he was found shot in Port Richmond Friday night.
PHILADELPHIA - Gun violence in Philadelphia continues after another man was killed overnight in the city's Port Richmond section.
Police say they found Naiem Scruggs, 31, suffering from eight gunshots while responding to the 2900 block of Memphis Street around 11:30 p.m. Friday.
He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead from two shots in the back, once in the shoulder, once in the arm, once in the hand, twice in the leg and once in the stomach.

At least one car in the area was also struck by gunfire, and multiple shell casings were found on scene.
No arrests have been made, and no weapon recovered.
