Police: Mother of child found wandering in park located

Wilmington, Del. (WTXF) The mother of a boy who was found wandering in a park has been located and the two have been reunited.

Police say the preliminary investigation indicates that the mother left the child in the care of his stepfather who is believed to have had him in Speakman Park. The circumstances of how the child was lost remain under investigation, however, no foul play is suspected.
