Woman shot to death while sitting in car in Feltonville, police say
Police are investigating the deadly shooting of a woman in Feltonville. FOX 29's Shaynah Ferreira has the story.
PHILADELPHIA - Authorities say a woman was gunned down while sitting inside a car in Philadelphia's Feltonville neighborhood on Monday evening.
According to officials, 32-year-old Tina Arroyo was sitting inside a 2007 Honda Civic on the 500 block of E Loudon Street when a shooter in a white SUV opened fire on the vehicle just before 6 p.m.
Police say Arroyo was hit in the chest and face and pronounced dead at the scene by responding medics a short time later.

Police have not shared a description of the shooter but say they were in a white SUV with tinted windows.
The investigation is ongoing and active, officials say.
