(INSIDE EDITION) - An apologetic armed robber politely asked a Little Caesars' employee to "please" open the safe during a stick-up, according to police.
The unidentified masked man was captured on surveillance footage as he entered the store in Florida last month. He allegedly told staff he was "very sorry for doing this" and was carrying out the heist because his "kids need Christmas."
The Broward Sheriff's Office has posted video of the incident on Facebook:

According to police, the man asked the employee to open the three registers on the counter and put the contents into a backpack.
A witness told police that the suspect was "very polite" throughout the robbery.
Police have not captured the man who has been described as a black male with a light complexion and a medium frame in his early 20s. He is about 5'8" tall and wore a dark gray sweatshirt with the word "Nike" in black letters, dark pants and black gloves. He had a gold grill on his teeth and a mustache.

A reward of up to $3,000 is available for information leading to an arrest.
