OCEAN COUNTY, N.J. (WTXF) - Authorities say 24,000 people lost power after an issue at the Oyster Creek substation in New Jersey.
Jersey Central Power & Light say a downed transmission line is presumed to be the cause. They are still working to find out how the transmission line came down.
