PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Retired SEPTA Transit Police K9 Winchester passed away on Tuesday, the department tweeted.
K9 Winchester served alongside rookie K9 Jase.
The department tweeted, "It is with my heavy heart to inform you all that retired K9 Winchester has crossed the rainbow bridge today. Rest easy big guy."
