PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - If you have to hit the roads Friday morning be sure to give yourself some extra time and proceed with caution as a number of accidents have been reported this morning.
Snowfall is expected to last through the morning rush, creating slick and slushy conditions on local highways.
FOX 29's Bob Kelly reported a number of delays following accidents, including three on I-295 in South Jersey.

A number of cars spun out and ended up in the median on I-295 North near Route 561 and Haddonfield Berlin Road. Another accident was reported in the northbound lanes near Route 73, and a third was reported on the same side of the highway near Route 680 and Gibbstown.
Cars also ended up in the grassy median on the westbound side of Route 422.
SEPTA is asking riders to check system statuses for busses and trains, with regional rails experiencing delays.
