SPRING GARDEN (WTXF) - Eastbound Spring Garden Street is back open at 4th Street. The scene has been cleared after a pedestrian was hit by a car.
FOX 29's Bob Kelly reports the victim had just gotten off a SEPTA bus and was walking in front of it on Spring Garden when the driver of a car tried to go around the bus.
That's when the car hit the victim. That person reportedly only suffered minor injuries.
