SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - U.S. Marshals arrest a man in connection with an October 2018 homicide in Chinatown.
Authorities say Victor Yan, 26, was arrested Tuesday, after a brief standoff, in South Philadelphia.
Yan was identified as a suspect in connection with a fatal stabbing on 10th and Race, in October 2018. A warrant was issued for Yan in February.
U.S. Marshals executed a search warrant for a location they believed Yan to be on the 6700 block of Woodland Avenue, about 6:15 a.m. Tuesday.
When Marshals made entry to the location, Yan tried to escape by climbing to the roof. After a brief standoff, Yan surrendered to police and was taken into custody.
