Suspect in Paddy Wacks Pub assault sought

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are seeking to identify a suspect involved in an aggravated assault inside a popular pub.

The incident occurred back on February 27 th , inside Paddy Wacks Pub on South Street.

Surveillance video shows a man in a knit cap striking a 25-year-old male in the side of the face with a cup. The suspect then continued to strike the victim until employees stepped in.

The suspect fled the pub in an unknown direction.

Anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact police.
