Suspect sought after brass railing stolen from Union League staircase

CENTER CITY (AP) - Officials say a thief is responsible for damage to an outside staircase at the historic Union League of Philadelphia building near City Hall. Police have now released surveillance footage of the suspect.

Police have described the suspect as a black male, around 40-50 years old with a thin build.
