Teen killed, another critical after shooting in Wilmington: police

A 15-year-old boy is dead after police say a double shooting occurred in Wilmington Monday night. 

At around 8:02 p.m., police say a fatal shooting occurred on the 2300 block of North Carter Street.

Upon arrival, police located a 15-year-old boy with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition and later succumbed to his injuries. 

A 16-year-old boy was also found at the scene with a gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital and placed in critical condition.
