PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police say what started as a theft investigation is actually just maintenance of a local bank.
Authorities originally said thieves hooked up two tow trucks to ATMs outside the TD Bank in the area of Oregon Avenue and S 5th Street early Tuesday around 1 a.m.
Bank officials later said it was their maintenance crews seen near the location.
