NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - A crash involving two tractor-trailers halted traffic on I-95 northbound Friday morning.
The crash occurred just past Academy Road in Northeast Philadelphia before 6 a.m.
FOX 29's Bob Kelly reports the two trucks were involved in a crash that sent at least one of them into the concrete barrier.
The trucks ended up in the right-hand lanes, causing crews to shut down the northbound lanes to clean up the crash.
At least one lane was reopened by 7 a.m. and both tractor trailers were removed from the scene by 8:30 a.m.
