PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia police are looking to locate a 42-year-old man they say is wanted for statutory rape involving a teenager he allegedly met online.
Police say Pedro Velazquez, 42, is from the city's Kensington neighborhood and is believed to be driving a black Nissan Altima with unknown Pennsylvania registration.
Police say Velazquez, who is described as 5'11", 180 pounds, assaulted a then 15-year-old girl he had met online. The victim, who is now 16, may be in his company, according to police.
