Baltimore, Maryland--(STORYFUL/WTXF)-This is the moment mother Kelcie got to kiss her newborn baby for the very first time.
Kelcie and fiance Jacob feared for the health of their daughter, who was delivered via an emergency c-section at only 28 weeks. Thankfully the operation at Sinai was a success, and the couple welcomed their tiny 2lb daughter into the world.
They named the little girl Emma Rae.
