Temperatures will begin to soar on Friday as the Delaware Valley is set to enjoy an early dose of late spring.
It will stay breezy Friday with south to southwest winds warming the area into the upper 60s. Expect partly sunny to mostly cloudy skies for most of the region.
Areas to the north and northwest may see a passing shower throughout the day.

Saturday is the big payoff of the weekend. Temperatures will rise to the 70s and partly cloud skies will provide some shade.
Unfortunately, the warm temperatures will leave just as fast as they came. Sunday will plummet back into the 50s, with showers likely. Monday and Tuesday will be clear, but temperatures will continue to drop into the low 50s.
