Weather Authority: Sunday 8 a.m. update

FOX 29's Scott Williams has the latest weather update.

After consecutive days of cool Autumn temperatures. the Delaware Valley will enjoy mild conditions with plenty of sunshine for the first weekend of October.

Sunshine will stick around on Sunday with a rise in humidity to make conditions feel more like summertime. Humidity will increase as will the cloud cover.

FOX 29's Scott Williams says there's a slim-to-none chance of rainfall but north and west there may be a chance of a rain shower. There will better chances of rain more so in the upcoming week.

A pattern change will prompt temperatures climbing above average into the low 80s on Sunday.

Forecasters say a slow-moving front of rain will move into the region early Monday morning and provide off and on showers through at least Wednesday.
