PHILADELPHIA - The cold air remains overnight Tuesday and into the morning hours of Wednesday, but warming will happen as Wednesday progresses.
FOX 29’s Kathy Orr says while the sun remained high in the sky Tuesday, it was a cold and windy day with highs only making it into the upper 30s and wind chills making the day feel so much colder. Temperatures Tuesday ran 10 degrees below normal in most of the region.
The high pressure system in place which gives us the wind will move off shore and help warm the region up Wednesday and sets the area up for a stretch of dry and seasonal days.
