Are you ready, kids? I said, are you ready? Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? You can, if you book this SpongeBob SquarePants-themed villa for your next vacation.

Nickelodeon Hotels and Resorts in the Dominican Republic has a signature dwelling called "The Pineapple," which is inspired by Bikini Bottom in the popular kids cartoon, SpongeBob SquarePants.

The fun villa, located at Punta Cana, is the world's first and only "The Pineapple." It welcomes visitors with a foyer inspired by SpongeBob's home at 124 Conch St. The room size at "The Pineapple" is about 2,300 square feet, while the villa offers 1,500 square feet of Bikini Bottom-inspired indoor and outdoor living and dining areas.

Nickelodeon partnered with Karisma Hotels to allow guests to "step inside SpongeBob's world" and get "instantly immersed" in the cartoon character's famed home, the hotel said.

Private butlers take care of guests at "The Pineapple," including arranging private activities such as a pajama party for kids.

Rates at "The Pineapple" start at $3,800 per night for up to four adults and two children or two children and six adults. For the rest of the hotel, standard rates begin at $260 per adult, per night.

The beachfront resort features 208 suites, with four villas, including "The Pineapple."

At the heart of the resort is Nickelodeon Place, which includes the Aqua Nick, a water experience with a Slime Time photo opportunity.

The attraction also features Character Central, where guests can meet their favorite Nickelodeon characters throughout the day. The Just Kiddin' Kids Club offers free play and "do-it-yourself Nickelodeon fun" activities, the hotel said.
