Woman recovering after being robbed, pistol-whipped at home

Police are looking for three men they say took part in a home invasion and robbery in the Elmwood section of the city.

They said the attackers got in and pointed a handgun at a woman in her home on the 2000 block of S. 66th Street. It happened just before midnight.

One of the men had a gun. He pistol-whipped the woman and broke her teeth. She's now in the hospital, in stable condition.

The thieves managed to get away with $3,500 and prescription drugs.

Police haven't made any arrests.
