GERMANTOWN - A woman fought back to defend herself, and her home, when police say she became the target of four robbery suspects early Sunday morning.
Police say the woman took matters into her own hands and started shooting after she found the four men inside her apartment. Police say there was some kind of confrontation and then the four men took off.
Officers arrived to the 4900 block of Germantown Avenue early Sunday, about 1:30, to find the woman outside, standing over 48-year-old Jermaine Parker, who had gunshot wounds to his hand and leg.

A short time later, police found 45-year-old Randy Miller a few blocks away with a gunshot wound to his back. Both were taken to Einstein Medical Center and later charged with burglary and related offenses. A weapon was also recovered.
Police are still looking for the other two men involved. Anyone with any information regarding the incident is urged to contact police.
Police say the woman’s actions are considered self-defense and she will not be charged with any crime.
