Philadelphia weather: Dry, spring-like temps for Eagles, but what about New Year's Eve?

PHILADELPHIA - By the time you are heading to the Linc for tailgating, conditions are dry and will remain dry throughout the game. We might even see some peaks of sun. Temperatures will be comfortable in the mid-60s.
Rain does return Sunday night, but it’s over by Monday morning, creating a mostly sunny day, with highs in the mid-50s
New Year’s Eve forecast: Will rain wash away your New Year’s show?
The rain returns again for New Year’s Eve, setting up a soggy fireworks show at Penn’s Landing, both for the 6 p.m. and midnight display, so bring your rain gear.
Temperatures for Tuesday will be in the mid-50s and drop to the mid-40s at night.
MUMMERS
On New Year’s Day the rain should be over in time for the Mummers to strut their stuff. Temperatures should be in the 50s, before a drop in temps for the rest of the week.
