Phillies fans believe 7 is the magic number ahead of first Game 7 in franchise history

"Tomorrow night at 8. Don't be late," one fan shouted to the rest of the bar in an announcement no one wanted to hear - the Phillies will take on the Diamondbacks one more time.

The devastating loss at the Bank Tuesday night has forced a Game 7, the first to be played by the Phillies franchise in their 141-year history.

"But we got tomorrow night, so we're good," said Mark Schmidheiser.

And despite the heartbreak of another loss, fans believe seven will be the magic number to seal the Phillies World Series fate.

"Phillies in 7, guaranteed," Schmidheiser said.

It was truly a night of highs, and even more lows, inside Reales Restaurant and Bar in Mayfair as the Diamondbacks grabbed the Game 6 win.

"They were swinging at anything," said Alonzo Williams.

Nola falters, Phillies' bats go quiet as D'Backs force NLCS Game 7

Kyle Schwarber, Trea Turner and Harper — the top three hitters in the lineup — went 0 for 9 with four strikeouts. Nick Castellanos went 0 for 4, dropping to him to 1 for 20 in the series against the D-backs.

Joel Lee and his crew are disappointed, but are keeping the faith and hope alive.

"I'm Phillies all day. Like although we lost but Phillies baby," said Tasheeyah Williams.

Her brother Joel predicted the outcome early on.

"I said it was going to happen. It was kind of late in the game. They went up on us ahead," he said.

His girlfriend, Alveda Barbee, felt the opposite.

"I didn't expect this to be the outcome. I thought we were going to end it this game, but that's fine. Listen. We Philly all day baby," she said.

These two lovebirds say their romance with the Phils doesn't end with Tuesday night's loss.

"During the postgame, last couple of games they say during game 5 if they win, 71% of teams that win, win the whole series. And if they're at home it's over 80%. So I'm 100% sure that we're going to come back," said Mark Giwerowski.

And with those stats, Mark and his girlfriend are already have the World Series on their minds!
