Report: Chris Long mulling retirement amid Eagles' contract offer
PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - The Eagles have rewarded defensive end Chris Long for an impressive season by reportedly offering him a new contract with more guaranteed money.
However, Long has not signed the new deal, leading to some speculation.
The new contract is reportedly worth several million dollars more than his previous contract and would keep him with the team through 2019. You'll remember Long donated his entire 2017 salary to various charities.
