I-76 Eastbound re-opened after early morning crash

(WTXF) - A tractor trailer carrying beer is caused problems on the Schulykill Expressway after if collided with another vehicle early Monday morning.

The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital with injuries. Their condition is unknown at this time.

The crash had also blocked westbound lanes, but they too have since been re-opened.

Crews worked to unload the cargo, so the truck could be towed. The truck was carrying beer.

FOX 29's Bob Kelly recommends taking the University exit, taking a left at 34 th street, and getting right back on the Expressway.
