Officers ambushed by suspect accused of shooting woman, man in Upper Darby, police say

Investigators say a man is in custody after shooting a woman inside of an Upper Darby apartment, and then taking to the street, where he allegedly shot another man and ambushed SEPTA Transit Police officers.
