Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon carjacked at FDR Park in South Philly

Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon became the victim of a carjacking at FDR Park in South Philadelphia Wednesday afternoon, according to a spokesperson. Her car, a 2017 Acura MDX, was later found in Delaware near the Christiana Mall and five people were arrested.
