Bucks County couple's adopted son stuck in Ukraine as war continues
Maryana Kravchenko and her husband Dmitriy adopted 16-year-old Maksym from Ukraine, but a judge ordered a 30-day waiting period before he could come to the United States. Now, their son is at a bomb shelter in Ukraine as his parents hope the judge will waive the waiting period.
