Refugees from Ukraine to arrive in Philadelphia after being granted US visas

Two Ukrainian refugees will arrive in Philadelphia on Tuesday and go to St. Nicholas Patriarchal Orthodox Cathedral, where a welcome prayer will be held Sunday.
