'We lost an innocent child': Man charged in death of Trenton 9-year-old shot while playing in courtyard

Officials in Trenton say a 19-year-old has been arrested and charged in the death of 9-year-old SeQuoya Bacon-Jones, who was fatally shot while playing in a courtyard.
