Trooper Martin Mack to be laid to rest following I-95 crash
Trooper Martin F. Mack III will be remembered during a funeral service on Thursday after he, Trooper Branden T. Sisca, and a third man were killed by a suspected drunk driver in a crash on I-95 last week.
