Suspect dead, SEPTA officer among 3 hurt in Frankford shootout
Authorities say a SEPTA police officer and two women are recovering after an incident in Frankford on Wednesday. The suspect appears to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after engaging police in a shootout from inside of a home, investigators say.
