"Another level of evil": Scammers targeting parents desperate to find baby formula

The Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office issued a warning to parents to beware of baby formula scammers as the national shortage continues. A New Jersey mother told FOX 29's Kelly Rule that she was bilked out of $135 after she agreed to pay a woman over Facebook.
