Suspect in South Street shooting charged in 2020 Pennsylvania carjacking, sources say
A law enforcement source says Quadir Dukes-Hill was arrested for 2020 carjacking in Delaware County and a warrant was issued when he failed to appear for the charge. Dukes-Hill now faces murder charges in connection to the deadly South Street mass shooting that left 3 dead and 11 injured.
