Retiring Philadelphia crossing guard throws party for local community

A Philadelphia crossing guard is hanging up her vest after two decades of safely patrolling a Port Richmond intersection. As a final farewell, Marie Garrison threw a party for the community she served that included a pizza party and magic show.
