Philly Police announce charges in Feb. homicide of man found burned near Kelly Drive

Philadelphia Police announced charges against Kylen Pratt. 20-year-old Nassire Johnson’s body was found burned February 20, 2022 on a cobblestone trail near Kelly Drive.
