Officer injured during 4th of July fireworks in Philadelphia shares his experience

Officer Sergio Diggs was one of two officers who were shot during 4th of July fireworks in Philadelphia. Diggs, a veteran member of the Philadelphia Police Department, suffered a graze wound to the head and was released from the hospital hours after the shooting. Investigators believe the bullets that hit Diggs and Montgomery County officer John Foster were fired from possibly a mile away.
