Police: Suspects allegedly stole elderly woman's wallet, bought thousands in gift cards

Police are searching for a man and a woman accused of stealing an elderly woman's wallet in the parking lot of a Delaware County supermarket. Shoppers who frequent the store described the theft as "shocking."
