Police: Pick-up truck located in Philadelphia hit-and-run that killed cyclist, driver still sought

Police located a pick-up truck they believe was used in a deadly hit-and-run in Philadelphia that claimed the life of a 28-year-old cyclist. The driver of the vehicle is still being sought by police.
