Passerby shot at while trying to help woman being robbed on dog walk in Center City, police say

Authorities are searching for a man who they say robbed a woman at gunpoint and opened fire on a passerby who tried to step in. Investigators believe the wanted man is linked to at least 8 other armed robberies in the Philadelphia.
