Residents set up encampment to protest possible sale of Philadelphia affordable housing townhomes

Residents of University City Townhomes in Philadelphia set up a tent encampment to protest the possible sale of the affordable housing community. A judge ordered the tents removed in a court hearing Thursday and residents were given a final notice to vacate the property by 9 Monday.
