Video captures suspects scatter from getaway car after West Philadelphia shooting

Security video obtained by FOX 29 shows a group of shooting suspects scatter from a getaway vehicle after it crashed during a police pursuit. Investigators say the group was involved in a shooting near a West Philadelphia playground where five people were hurt and nearly 100 shots were fired.
